CASYNN© Returns & Refund Policy

At CASYNN, every product is made to order. That means once you place an order, it goes straight into production specifically for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after purchase

Please double-check your order details before confirming checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we’ll make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue, email support@casynn.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the problem
  • If multiple items are affected, one photo (or video) showing all affected products in a single frame

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund

There is no need to return the damaged item.


Important Notes

  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.2 inch) are considered normal production tolerance and are not classified as defects.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect size or color selection.
  • If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, you may choose either:
    • A reprint (additional shipping cost may apply), or
    • A partial refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
